Philippine Consular Legalization Procedures & Services
Vietnam and the Philippines have not yet signed any agreement on exemption from consular legalization. Therefore, all Vietnamese documents intended for use in the Philippines, or vice versa, must go through the Philippine consular legalization/authentication process.
