Consular legalization of Vietnamese documents for use in Spain
Step 1: Notarized translation into Spanish
Take the documents that need consular legalization to a registered state notary office or the Department of Justice for notarized translation into Spanish.
Step 2: Consular certification at the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Prepare the following documents:
- Consular/legalization declaration form according to form LS/HPH-2012/TK or a printed online declaration.
- Original personal identification (ID card, passport, or documents equivalent to a passport) + copy.
