Trước ngày 11/09/2026, giấy tờ giữa Việt Nam và Đan Mạch thường phải thực hiện quy trình chứng nhận lãnh sự, consular legalization qua các cơ quan có thẩm quyền của hai nước, trừ trường hợp được miễn theo quy định.
Từ ngày 11/09/2026, Việt Nam chính thức áp dụng Công ước Apostille. Đối với giấy tờ công thuộc phạm vi Công ước và có quan hệ áp dụng giữa hai nước, chứng nhận Apostille thay thế thủ tục hợp pháp hóa lãnh sự qua cơ quan đại diện ngoại giao.

Đối với giấy tờ do Đan Mạch cấp, nếu không thuộc phạm vi Công ước Apostille, hồ sơ có thể được xử lý theo hướng sau.
Step 1: Translate the Documents
If the original document is not in English, you first need to translate the document into English. The translation must be performed by a certified notary at the city court or a Danish business to ensure the accuracy and legality of the translation.
Step 2: Legalization at the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs
