1. Complete Original Documents:
Customers must provide all original documents and papers requiring notarized translation, ensuring they contain the necessary official red stamps and signatures from the relevant authorities.
2. Previous Translation (if available):
If customers have a prior translation, please attach it along with the document requiring translation to ensure consistency in terminology. In some cases, translation fees may be reduced or waived, with only the notarization fee required.
- If the translation was done by No. 1 Translation: Customers only need to pay the notarization fee, starting from 40,000 VND per additional stamp, with no translation fee. Khách hàng chỉ cần trả phí công chứng, từ 40.000đ/mỗi dấu thêm, không tính phí dịch.
- If the translation was done by another organization/individual not affiliated with No. 1 Translation: Customers will only be required to pay 50% of the original translation fee, along with a notarization fee starting from 40,000 VND per additional stamp.
3. Documents from Foreign Authorities:
For documents issued by foreign authorities, if they are not exempt from legalization or consular certification, they must be legalized or certified before notarized translation.
